2014 Frontier Adventure

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding an April Frontier Adventure this year!  This will be our Last Frontier Adventure for this year!  The April Frontier Adventure will be held Friday April 25, 2014 thru Saturday April 26, 2014 at Twin Lakes Camp Ground in Woodworth, LA. starting at 6:30PM sharp.

Why make plans to attend this April Frontier Adventure?  We want you to be eligible for the National FCF Rendezvous on July 14-18, 2014.  You must be a current FCF member to attend!  For those going up for Advancement in FCF (Buckskin or Wilderness), you must help out at a Frontier Adventure as part of your requirements and another will not be held until 2015.  For those who want to be a part of FCF, this gives you the opportunity to join this year. 

To attend the April Frontier Adventure on Friday April 25, 2014 thru Saturday April 26, 2014 at Twin Lakes Camp Woodworth, La., you must complete all of the requirements for joining Frontiersman Camping Fellowship as outlined in the FCF Frontiersman Application, fill out the FCF Frontiersman Application from the National FCF Website, send the completed application to Rodney “Eagle Scout” Eaton 318-469-6665 1722 Bayou Circle Bossier City, La. 71112 with appropriate fees ($50.00 per Young Buck and $60.00 per Old timer with checks made out to Jim Bowie Chapter) by April 19, 2014, print out the appropriate Candidate Packet from the La. RR Web site, bring everything on the Equipment list, fill out the appropriate forms, and plan to have a great time.  Please notify Randy “Spider” Henry (985- 991-1791) or Rodney “Eagle Scout” Eaton (318-469-6665 by phone or email if you plan to attend!!!  There is a $10.00 late fee after April 19, 2014.  If we do not receive 5 Candidate RSVP by April 19, 2014, we will have to cancel the Frontier Adventure!!!

All current members will have a Campground Fee of $5.00 for one day or $10.00 for the weekend.  All donations to help alleviate the cost for meals and expenses are greatly appreciated!

Please let us know ASAP if you are planning to attend
the April Frontier Adventure as a candidate, to help out, or have candidates or helpers in your outpost so we can plan accordingly.
